ok, I am in the process of building a touring/around town scoot.
step 1 was pillion, detach sissbar w/wide touring pad
step 2 will be detach windshield and luggage rack (not planning on going bagger)
step 3 (where I am looking for help) Touring Seat
On Fatboys specifically, and Lo's, more specifically... which touring seat have you all found works best... I am staring down a Corbin... but wanted direct FB feedback.
Agree with the highway bar/foot peg addition. I put those 360 degree pegs on my engine guard and now have 5 different foot positions, 6 if you count laying my ankles over the peg brackets (without changing anything around), which in my case is essential for comfort. Sorry I can't help with a seat rec...my bike is solo with stock seat that feels great to me...if a C130 would fly over every couple hundred miles and refuel me I'd never have to get off the bike....well, guess I'd need a Foley catheter too.
