New Tires

Need to replace tires on 2005 Heritage Softail Classic. I'm a cruiser... don’t push too hard… well most of the time. Living in FL I do get caught in some heavy down pours. Don’t mind spending a few extra bucks… especially on tires. Any suggestions!

I put Metzler Marathon 880s on my fatboy. Very nice riding. Just rode the other day in a downpour. No issues whatsoever... Other than getting soaked.

I put this same tire on the rear of my Deluxe just before taking off for the Laughlin River Run this year. It rained on us all the way out through the desert but the tire held firm and I had no problems with traction.

Metzler all the way. They also are great on grooved roads, don't even know they are grooved unlike the Dunlops which are all over the place.

The new Pirelli Night Dragons are working great for me... have had the Dunlops, the Metzlers, the Bridgestone, the Avons... I like the Night Dragons best... and no I do not work for any tire company.
