I've got issues with my rear marker lights on my 2008 Night Train there not working but tail light and turn signals work. I checked the fuses and none are blown any sugestions on what could be causing them not to work? Any suggestions will be very much appreciated...
Did you check the bulbs? Thats what I would do first. Wait a minute... Rear? The rear sig are single element and are just turn sigs unless you're running a run turn brake module... Right?
I assume by marker you mean the running light part of the taillight which is a duel element bulb. One side may be burnt out. When you ask a question you may want to add some detail other then help in your header. May get better results.
I have a 2008 Night Train, and there are no rear marker lights. You're not, by chance, referring to the red pieces on the black wrinkle fender struts are you? If so, those are reflectors, not lights... and most people remove them.
Are you sure they are supposed to work like that?
My Fatboy required a module kit from HD to make them function as marker lights.
Just a thought.

I'm refering to the turn signals on the fender struts the turn signals work but the running lights are not working. I've removed the reflectors shortly after I purchased the bike.
Unless you have installed the optional run/turn/brake module, you will only have turn signals, no running lights. If you install the module, your rear turn signals will become running lights, turn signals, and brake lights.
If it has 1156 bulbs (single element) they are turn signal only, if it has 1157 bulbs (dual element) they are turn signal and running lights. Unless you have one of the optional units below installed on your bike? https://www.kuryakyn.com/index.cfm/g...ID/85/IMID/868
or this, (I know the lights are different looking on your bike from the link below.)
The words "marker light" is not the correct name of the lights on the rear of a Harley. I'm just confused , not being disrespectful. Did the lights you refer too once work? A picture of the rear of the bike, and the lights you are referring too would help. Sorry, but its hard too diagnose on words alone sometimes.
