Wouldn't think it would be to difficult... just time consuming. Guess you would just add on an extension piece, that is welded on. Grind, sand, prep, & paint. Found an example kit...

I like how those fenders kick straight down(especially the black bike). I noticed on the Klock Works link above thier fenders kinda swoop upward. I don't really care for that.
