Was it actually contacting the fender as the fender moved? It's on the bike now, I'm not picking it up till next week. I could tell them to just put the standard fender back on for now. Then I'll see if I could put some clear plastic or something on the fender if the Widowmaker is making contact.
I know another guy with the widow maker on his rocker an it has beat the crap out of his fender too. You should re-think the seat, IMO.
Congrats and welcome to the Rocker family. You are gonna probably want to ditch the Corbin seat. I had one on my bike for a year and it did scratch the paint. The severity of the damage will depend on road quality and riding style. Switched to a Danny Gray and couldn't be happier.

Thanks. I'm gonna have them take the Corbin off and put on the standard seat. I'll keep the Corbin and see about putting something on there where it might rub. Only planning on using it for long trips. I might just get the strut system for luggage and the occasional pillion.
