Lads, looking for some info. My fatboy is a 130 tyre just now i am going for the 240 kit. You guys that have went down that route particular the guys that have fitted it themselfs. Can you advise me of any thing to look out for or any thing to make my install easier.
Are you thinking of the Heartland Two Five 0 kit? Here is a bike with one on it. You can mount it yourself. the hardest part is taking off the inner primary and installing the spacer for the belt. I can get it for you at a discount too!
Hello mate!
Like you, I'm in the UK, and I'm halfway through a Heartland 250 install, and trust me, you're better off ordering it all in one go. It's great stuff, and if you ring them direct, they are very helpful. Just order the bits today and have a great Christmas! My bike looks like Robocop when he got cut in half at the moment but when it sees tarmac in the new year, woe betide any **** stepping up. It'll be like bringing a knife to a gunfight!
Regards
Ben
Cheers for the info Lads. I managed to get a great deal, whole kit apart from the wheel from specialtyhdparts in the USA should be here next week. Happy Daze
