im more of a fan of the hard bags then the leather ones. i had a set of leather bags that were almost like throw over ones. they had no form to them and were small enuf that i didn't notice them sticking out and just hung there. too bad i sold them to my uncle, i should see if i can get those back or someone to make me another set
BB Reproductions all the way. Water tight, enough room for a half helmet. Great customer service.
We had the BB repro bags on my wife's deluxe for a while. Do you have any problems with the lids coming off? She had a terrible time with hers, and eventually gave up on them and got a set of Leatherlykes.
The BB Repro bags also leave some fugly brackets behind when you remove the bags.
Wife with BB Repro bags
Wife's bike with the Leatherlykes, only pic I have of it.
I got some FLH hard bags for my Deluxe. Just trying to find a painter to get them painted. Just need some bags for when I go out riding for a weekend. Otherwise I don't want or need bags.

I get some pics on soon with the other mods I've done on her 2010 vivid black deluxe.
I thank you all guys for the feedback.
Now it's time to contemplate which one I should choose. I do agree that Osprey's do look awesome and their bags are reasonably priced.
Osprey bags for me. These can be on or off in a couple of minutes. The look and price is great. I don't use bags very often but when I do I can still keep the look I like.
