For a nostalgic look I dont think you want the 21". It depends on where your from I guess but I dont recall seeing and old FL's running around with 21" front wheels. On a fenderless bobber, yes.
As far as the cabbage cutter, I think this is closer to the nostalgic look.
You can also go with the fender rail if you like that. I like that look but others probably dont.

The fender bumper isn't bad. What do they call the one that rides on top of the fender, looks like two chrome rails that run down the middle. Sort of like a miny luggage rack I guess.
Im gonna have to agree with Reino on this one, the 21' looks killer but it's a diffrent look more of a cali style custom vicla. The original 16" wheel looks very nostalgic IMO I would take off the chrome dome salad bowl looking thing. I think they look better with out it.

Well thank but why you act like its a bad thing to agree with me? haha
When I was having spacer issues awhile back I almost took the salad bowl off. That would of easily solved my issues I had. However, I think the salad bowl is what make the front wheel look nostalgic.
