Big thanks Mike. I have to unsolder the switches and resolder the wires Bill pre-installed to them. (I took both Mike and Bill's suggestion and let Bill pre-wire them for $20).

Then cover the stock wire loom with braided look loom. I got some clear shrink wrap to protect the frame from the loom if needed.

The Magnum Sterling II lines will have shrink wrap added where they might rub also.

I still haven't painted the 2" tank lift pieces, so they might go on later.
Some have said the tank lift leaves a gap at the front of the tank.
I thought I could buy a chrome muffler tip at a auto store to cut and cover that if needed.

Nice bars guys!

I recommend a stockier frontend, Kowan. My bars are also 11" across the bottom but are about 1/2" short of each side of my top tree......

Thanks guys. Yep that dirty Rocker Dan posting links to beefy frontends.
That won't be until next year though. Some cool/mean looking inverted or tinned frontends out there for sure.

Bill emailed me back.
He said he would cut them to size and get them re-chromed.
I thanked him but told him it wasn't worth all the the hassle and was installing them as is on Friday.

Stand up guy for offer in my book.

kowan, looks sweet bro! Can't wait to see them on the bike. Mine were 11 1/2 inches wide and mounted on a 1" riser. Bad news for me was the bars hit the tank with the 2" lift kit installed. Had to remove the tank lift or change out the risers.... i removed the tank lift.

Oh... I'll have to watch that on mine, JLOX.
My risers are the 1 1/2" and would have my bars low also.
Thanks for the heads up. I might do a trial fit before painting them incase I run into the same problem.

Thanks, Santo.
I'm going to take my time like you did. If I start looking for a hammer, it time for a break.
