I have a new 07 Deuce on order and am looking at upgrading a few things right out of the gate.
-LED tail lamp (my Deuce is black pearl, should I go with the clear or red lens?)
-Xenon headlight bulb (can I install this easily myself?)
-brake light conversion kit (can I install this easily?)
-seat backrest or whole new seat (I want something small and simple for an occassional passenger on short rides, something like the HD 'Short Backrest Pad' (#51534-00). Will this fit the stock seat?)
-siren/pager (overkill? the Deuce will have factory installed security already and I may add LoJack as well)
I'll be adding some chrome, a Stage I kit and V&H pipes later as well after my wallet cools down some.
This is my first HD and I appreciate any experienced opinions on the above add-ons as well as any other things I may want to look into.
Thanks Bro - just kidding, there are plenty of aftermarket parts for the Deuce but the MoCo definitely seems to over look us - enjoy the new scoot - Ride Safe!
