You should have ordered a cable from exile cycles, it has an adjuster the goes on the carb side of the cable. Do yourself a favor and order some cable savers from barnett, they will come in handy when you are dialing in the cable slop. Also, lube the internal cable assembly very well, I have always used ATF in mine because of the high detergent content keeps everything sliding well since you'll probably have a few tight bends in it. This is a cool project, cant wait to see the finished photos. Hats off to ya brother, looks tight so far!

I'm using a Barnett cable with the adjuster on the "carb" side. It says 6B Throttle Cable 65" Casing. +1 on the "cable saver" if what LAC187 is referring to a little brass sleeve that fits over the cable where you tighten the set screw. You don't want to tighten the set screw directly against the cable.

Ok I will order some of those tomorrow. Here is what I have came up with on the carb side of the cable. Just used my old stock cable and took off the 90 degree fitting and the nipple fits perfect in the cable holder. Works and fits to my liking now just need the rest of the parts to figure the length of the outer cable. Here is some pictures to explain what I did.

You can also see my coil bracket in the pictures for those that wondered about that.

Forgot to ask when I was there, did you drill the mounting holes in the frame for the coil bracket or use existing?
