Rode mine home 120 miles on the freeway......Still runs great 4000 miles later.

I had to ride mine about 110 miles but I was able to stay off the freeway after a few miles. A guy at work got his from Bartels HD and claimed they made him trailer it home. Me and a buddy looked at each other and tightly closed our lips to keep from laughing at his BS story.

So I just got my first Harley, 2010 fatboy lo. She's so beautiful! The sales men was quick to tell me how to break her in to which I was very greatful, what he didnt tell me was how will I or will I know if I have done anything wrong? Is it somthing I should really worrie about. I've just been taking it easy shifting when the "m.o.m" says I should. Is there anything else I could be doing?
