I had to ride mine about 110 miles but I was able to stay off the freeway after a few miles. A guy at work got his from Bartels HD and claimed they made him trailer it home. Me and a buddy looked at each other and tightly closed our lips to keep from laughing at his BS story.

Recommend you do an internet search for breaking in a new engine. Might find some surprising information.
