my first time
So I just got my first Harley, 2010 fatboy lo. She's so beautiful! The sales men was quick to tell me how to break her in to which I was very greatful, what he didnt tell me was how will I or will I know if I have done anything wrong? Is it somthing I should really worrie about. I've just been taking it easy shifting when the "m.o.m" says I should. Is there anything else I could be doing?

Congrats ull love the bike. Just broke two new ones in and i did it by the book, kept the rpms up and varied them for 500 miles and had them serviced at 1000.

Good choice and welcome aboard.Easy does it for awile. Perhaps change the oil before the dealer 1000 mile mark.
