It was started before the Rockers were released.
I'm installing a set of "Lighting Bolts" made by Bill of http://www.brcustomcycles.com/Home_Page.php
They have a 13" rise and are 1 1/2" dia.
with these Carlini 1 1/2" "Boob Risers", they will put my arms a few inches higher than the stock bars.

that rocker was at bike night just gone this past wednesday and has new wheels,ride wright , black rims,chrome spokes,21 on the front,it looks really sweet,i have to upload new pics of it
