Default Samson True Duals cholos

Aloha All,

I already have the 28's baffled on my Deluxe.(love the loud sound) I seen a few other Deluxes out here in Honolulu running the mini cholos. I was thinking of going with the 33's or 36's. Would i just be able to order the mufflers. Since I already have the true dual set up. What do the mufflers go for? I dont want to go too long cause my ride is lowered.

also thinking about changing my big radius for longtails... am concerned about scraping them every time I pull in/out of my driveway, as it's pretty steep. Anyone have that problem?

Go in and out at a sideways angle and you should be fine. It also depends if you are lowered, how much and how...

not lowered (yet:-)). Sideways would definitely be better. I guess the only way to know for sure is to buy them. although if anyone has those on their softail and lives in central jersey, I'd invite them over for a nice cold beer ;-)

How long are you thinking, and how steep is the driveway? Is it wide enough to go in and out sideways...

Thinking 39's. Driveway is prob 25-30 degrees up and in, and the street is about as steep. How long past the rear fender do they extend?

Pretty far. 28.5" come right about even with the fender, so I'd say 10.5" past the rear fender.

Minority opinion but I like the shorter ones that end at the rear wheel. The long ones are to long in my means nothing opinion. Takes away from the flow of the bike but whatever you decide to get let us know how it turned out.

The first Cholos out were 36", which I bought... then they came out with the 39" pipes and I had to have those... save yourself some coin and go with the 39"
