Love the looks of the Springer front ends....maybe a Christmas present to myself would be just that......BUT....can it be done without a major loss to my wallet?
Never seen that big of a spirnger that would fit the front end of a FB.
It might if you would be willing to change your whole front end...
You willin' to do that?

Depends on your definition of major...falls under "If you have to ask, you can't afford it"
A cheap aftermarket springer can be had for $500 or less but they are crap. Used OEM Harley springers can bring up to $2000 and then your fender won't fit...springer wheels are offset...the list goes on. Here's a factory FL springer on ebay that's only up to $510 with two days to go.

I too like the look of the springer front but i got to tell you a fatboy was designed as a chunky monkey from the front to the back ........ and unless your going to get all arty farty and creative with the rest of the bike it's best left as is ....... PS creative dont come cheap ....
Hmmm..... A fatboy with a springer front end...Will probably look a lot like a Heritage Springer. Don't cheap out on a front end.... An HD one would be the best way to go, but check out American Dragon or Paughco as well....
hmmm...maybe i just should stick with buying a pair of new socks.
It would be very expensive and completely custom. I've been thinking about it myself (flat black springer for my lo). I havent seen any out there, which is making it an attractive thought. Of couse mine is a toy and I do build it for looks and burn out machine. Trick is to have 2 bikes lol, I use my ultra to be responsible.
