Chrome forks

OK, so I'm going nuts trying to figure out if these sliders are going to fit. Can anybody tell me if part # 45916-07 will fit a 2009 Heritage? My dealer says no, but I think they've been the same since '07. Thanks so much all for your help.

They are for an 07 and 08. They redid the frame starting 09 maybe that's the reason.
