I order from the a lot and love them. Whatever it is, it is always here the next day waiting for me (of course I live 1 state away).
I found that if you check out their EBay deals you can get it a lot cheaper than their store.
Out of over 20 orders, I sent one back (nothing wrong with it just did not like the looks after getting it in my hand), there was not hassel or anything they took it back without a restocking fee.
Just ordered my new pipes from them and saved about $50 compaired to the other places i checked.

i ordered a set of mirors from them them....i opened the box with an expensive kitchen knife...i sent the mirrors back because they were a little larger than what i thought...when i resealed the box I accidently threw the kitchen knife in the box...a few days later I got the knife back in the mail! I was like whaaaaaaaat! they have some good customer service man. my wife woulda flipped if she knew that knife was gone..lol

i ordered a set of mirors from them them....i opened the box with an expensive kitchen knife...i sent the mirrors back because they were a little larger than what i thought...when i resealed the box I accidently threw the kitchen knife in the box...a few days later I got the knife back in the mail!
