oh ok..so If i go with something like the Arlen Ness, I wont have to change my pedals and pegs? I didnt want to do that because I have the Diamond black setup.

RE the Harley ones, they are complete replacement units (no extension plates)... thus why they cost so much more.

I'm 6' and put 3" Ness extensions on my 04 softtail STD. Love it - the 3" makes a world of difference in comfort.

You don't have to change them. Everything bolts to the extensions.

The Ness kit comes with a longer break line and shifter rod.
