Default True Dual installation

I'm putting on my Samsons today, and wondering if you guys would recommend some sort of sealer between the various connections. Something like copper RTV sealant? Or am I good with just the clamps.

Also, should I put anything on the studs on the jugs? Anti-seize or loctite?

Thanks for your help!

Ultra Copper. I never put anything on the engine studs, just the nut.

I've never used a sealant, and have had no issues. The antiseize couldn't hurt though

I used ultra copper on the muffler to head pipe joints to cure small leaks and it worked fine.

I always use anti seize on studs with heat because they get warped by getting hot and cold all the time

Recommend high-temp silicone on pipe/header joint(s) & double-nut the cyl/flange studs. Don't want any air leaks w/exhaust...

+1 for ultra copper...

Works great...seals like a glove. Best of all, it doesn't lock anything together so if you need to disassemble the exhaust in the future, it will break down fairly easily.
