So I'm looking to put some miles on the cross bones this summer and after last summer I found out that a set of saddlebags would really be a good idea... The problem is I don't really like the look of any of the ones I've seen on a bones before.
I was just wondering first of all what you would suggest that might look good/go with the style, and second if you have a picture of your bones with saddlebags that you can share...
I'm happy with the standard HD ones .... they are VERY well made and the fitting kit is very substantial. Leather is super thick too, and lined so it keeps its shape.
Definitely worth considering.
Check my signature. Those bags were on my '01 fxst and still look good. Only problem is that I decided I didn't like the look. Now I'm working on a bobber with a tall sissy bar and plan on running with luggage strapped to it.

+1
only wish they were a little deeper. but, a 12-pack of cans slides perfectly into the hole.
I only use bags when I head for the rallies so just use some sports bike through overs they do the job don't cost the earth and don't drag on the exhaust, when I get home just pull them off and chuck them in the cupboard
