Thumbs up Rush Stands behind product!!

Well we always hear about bad experience we have with difference company on the forum. So I thought I would write about a good experience I had with the Rush company. A few months ago I ordered a full exhaust system from a dealer on e-bay. Well after I put the exhaust system on I notice the bottom heat shield was about 3" too short. I contacted the Rush company in Merrillville,IN and dealt with a company rep name Bob. I explain to Bob what I had and email him a picture of my heat shield. Later Bob contacted me back and said somehow I had got a mix match heat shields in my order and that he would send me a new one free of charge,but it will take him sometime to get one in. This rocked on for a couple of months and yesterday I received a brand new heat shield from Rush. I'm totally impressed and each time I contacted Rush their customer service was always very pleasant & professional. Thats just my experience with Rush!!!

It's good that they kept their word and didn't just forget about you. I had a similar experience with another exhaust builder and unfortunately I'm not sure if I would deal with them again.

I also had a good experience with them. I bought a set of their slip-ons with a 2" baffle but it was too loud so I bought a 1.5 set but couldn't get the old set out. Contacted them and they replaced the entire set for me.

I've been very impressed with the high level of customer service I've received from Rush. Refreshing to see that some companies still stand behind their products and go the extra mile for their customers.

I've bought four sets of Rush pipes....nothing but great things to say about them...well designed....different sized baffles to taylor the sound to your specifics.... Catfish is great a customer service as well...
