Hey guys. I've been harleyless for a few months and decided to pick up another one. Got myself a 2005 springer. It's got an aftermarket Harley fuel petcock. How do I tell which position it's in? Here's some pics to make it worthwhile lol.
My 1986 FXSTC's petcock, Back is OFF down is ON and forward is RES.
So if yours is a cover, full counterclockwise would be off. Full clockwise, RES. You might or might not feel it when it's in the different positions?
I had one like that on my Dyna. It was installed so when it appeared as in the picture you submitted, it was in the open position. Sweet ride bro'...is that exhaust pipe a single or true dual?
