Rico,
Rear tire is 18 x 5.5. The front tire is the same size as the stock tire, only the Avon tire is bigger then stock. I like how it fills out the stock fender on the front.
Bike looks great! I just did the same thing, only I went with the pheonix wheels from renegade. The front is a 90/90 Avon on mine which is wider than the stock MH90. The MH90 is actually an 80/90
My front wheel is a 21 X 2.15. The Avon tires is a little bigger then the stock HD deuce front tire. It fills the funder up much better then the stock wheel and tire.
The wheels look awsome. I like the pheonix wheels a lot and almost got them.

Certainly a nice ride, and I am especially partial to the color choice (as you can see below)! I really like the wheels. (I've been agonizing over what wheels to go with (if any) for my Deuce) Yours look great!
I put a 180 on the rear of my bike and really noticed a BIG difference in ride and tracking. It was much better than stock. I'm sure you have too by now with the changes you have made.
I do knotice a handling difference. It feels a lot more solid and connected to the road when riding. I can fell it mostly when riding the twisties. I was a little concerned about the handling with a 200 on the rear. I have to admit that I would not go back to a smaller tire.

Firestarter,
I'm running the same size front wheel. Now you have to take off those reflectors! Just a little heat from a hairdrier and pull those babys off!
