You definitely need a 1/2" pulley spacer for that set up.

Drew, The only ones you'll find I'm pretty sure will be polished and not chromed. I bought 2 and sent one out to be chromed.

LFTD1 says there is not enough room for a pulley spacer with his axle and he would have to cut the spacer down then. I have never heard of this problem but I have advised to shave a little off the splash guard to keep the belt from rubbing. And, he has chrome hardware on the way.

I see a 1/2" of belt sticking out. The pulley spacer won't affect the stock spacers being used. All it does is move the pulley in line with the belt.

What year is the bike?

This looks familiar.. This was my belt before I got a pulley spacer.... There is no need to cut, shave or get shorter bolts.... Line er up the way it's supposed to be.

That makes sense to me as well. Ride Wright recommended a 3/8" spacer. I'll forward this to LFTD1.

thanks!

I just realized Sam at Ride Wright has already offered to send a spacer out for free. Don't order the VulcanWorks.

Glad it's worked out. When I ordered my RW pulley from the Dr. I asked that any necessary spacer be included. When I went to WR to pick it up, they gave me a spacer but, weren't sure that it would be necessary and it was.
