Hey guys, I saw this pic of a deluxe on this site awhile back and really like the look. I would like the option of a easily detached windshield, backrest, and bags which is why I was leaning towards the Heritage which has most of this already. If I put a 21" wheel on the front of a heritage and some apes (possibly lower a little, and new pipes) could I get a heritage to look just as good as this? I can get a 05 heritage for 5,000 less then a 05 Deluxe
I couldn't get the link to work, but if you copy the text below and paste it into a broswer it should work....i hope!
The Swoosh on Phantomryder's black Heritage on page 1 of this thread looks pretty sweet to me; nice job with the black and white. I also like the Swoosh on my sneakers but Im thinking the MoCo may want to go for the Puma look instead...hehe.

Man, the black and pearl two tone paint job on the Deluxe would be the deal sealer for me. Nothing in the Heritage line comes close....at least IMHO. The rest of the stuff if easy to swap and change, like the tail light for example. But the two tone paint job would make the Deluxe a better bargain.
how is the taillight easy to change?...doesn't it require a new fender to use the tombstone light?
do the heritage and LUX both use the same fender?..different thant he fatboy?..
i am asking because i am wanting to swap one of the 3 fenders onto my bobtail bike. And although i find several fatboy fenders the t-stone light will not work because of hole being too large.
also....the LUX fenders have dents where the t-signal bar mounts.....do the heritage one have same dents?
