I bought both the C&C Solo and two up from Drew. Both are leather and I like them a lot. My preference, however, is the two up. It's much more comfortable. I sit lower and it seems to have better lumbar support.
While I love the look of the solo, I can't get past the comfort of the two up.
+1 on Dustmaker's comments! You'll have the solo for a while but you'll be wanting a two up for for more than looks soon enough. Been there, done that.
I've got the Mustang solo with rider backrest on mine and absolutely love it. I also got the wide passenger seat for when my better half wants to ride. Here is apic of my current setup:
Got my C & C last week, bike is torn down at the shop, but the seat looks great and feels pretty comfortable. Had the tribal stitching and a hint of cobalt blue thread, it is a work of art. C & C was great to deal with, took the time to send me pics of the threads they carry, etc.
But this was before I knew Dr. V-Twin could get them, or I would have ordered it from Drew also! The same day I ordered the seat, I had already placed an order with Dr. V-Twin without knowing he could get the seat too.
You won't go wrong with Dr. V-Twin or a C & C seat! Get leather!
My bike had a Harley sidekick 2 up when I bought it. It was okay. But i have to say I have no desire to go to another 2 up seat from my C&C solo. Or course I have never tried a C&C 2 up model. For my *** it is as comfortable as can be. But you know what they say about asses, everyone's is different. LOL.
As always, thanks to everyone for their business and enjoy your stuff.
I put a Danny Gray seat butt crack on my Deluxe. Love it. A little stiff but it looks bad *ss.

+1 Love my Buttcrack. I even find it somewhat comfortable. But I'm a firm believer in that you can have looks or comfort......but not both at the same time.
C&C kicks butt! And if you don't want to limit to solo, you can also check out the Sport Tour (I have both) and have the comfort and styling of the solo, with a passenger pillion in case you pick up a stray!
