Default Crossbones pinstripes

Does anyone out there know for sure what kind of paint HD uses for the pinstriping on a Crossbones? I thought someone said it was House of Kolor, but I can't find it. I would like to get a perfect match. Being an aspiring pinstriper, I know the HOK pinstripe paint comes in a flat, most others you have to add flattening agents

Default Crossbones Roland Sands fender painted to match.

I think they are silk screened on at the factory. I just had mt fender painted and the painter made a stencil to make the pinstripe and just trial and error on the paint matching.

Decals under clear coat. If you look real close out in good sunlight you can actually see an outline around the actual colored stripes that indicates that actual edge of the decal.

I looked really hard at the pinstripe on the tank today and I didn't notice the outline before.
But I see it now. Skeez is right on.

Rakthi, what kind of fenders do you have on your Crossbones?

The rear is from a Fatboy (later than 2007 because of the 200 tire) almost a direct bolt on.
Skeezmachine did a great write up on how to do it: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...nder-swap.html

If you want to keep the springer seat, you need to drill an extra hole in the fender for the bolt that holds the battery cover in place. (best to do this before you have it painted)

The front fender is from a Springer Heritage. Here is the link to a topic on it, it contains more links, one of them with the list of parts you need:

Hope this helps.
