I don't have the original brakeline and need to find the length of it. I'm changing the drag bars to 14" apes and am going 6 over. Did a measure with some aquarium tubing I have and cam up about 52" not including fittings but sure would like to get a OEM length if any of you know it or know where to find it. I've checked a couple online places and I have the parts book so I can cross ref bu no luck on the length. Thanx for any help.
Go to magnumshielding.com. Plug in your year and make of bike and go to front single brake section. I think you'll find that a +6 cable will be 50" long. So your stock would be 44".
If you ever get cables from them make sure you know what you need as there is a 25% restocking fee. I got burned when I forgot that I had a roadlok disk lock on mine and didn't allow for the extra 2".

Thnanx alot jimmers, Just ordered the Magnum setup with the swivel in the center, never thought of that. Got the chromite II , I figure it'll look close enough to the rest of my Goodridge stuff. I sure do appreciate the help man, getting real close to full time riding here... alota rain right now when it;s above 50 but the farmers need it nd it's getting the salt off thE pavement and I got the bike apart. Still ride the roadstar when I can though. Waiting on a Brembo caliper at the moment. got a bigger SS floating rotor already and the pads, caliper is supposed to be getting powder coated. One-o-these days I might go to another rotor on the other side of the front. Another grand so it'll wait awhile. ;o) Bout outa money and patience. READY TO HIT THE ROAD HARD!!
