I am moving my turn signals off the handlebar and under the auxiliary lamps. I have to take the inner housing out of the turn signals to route the wiring through, but I can't seem to get the inner housing out. Directions say use a small screwdriver to loosen the housing, but I can't figure out how. Anyone know how to do it?

 

After you pop the cover it appears in my manual you carefully pry the reflector out. Behind it is a similar shaped cone that also come out. You may need a very small hook to catch it and pull after removing bulb. I do not see anything about screwdriver in my manual. Picture does not show a tab or any type of retainer.
