That is awesome - very low miles on that baby, so I'd say you got a great deal! With that low mileage the bags have to be in decent shape, and you can't touch a new set for less than $500 by themselves (usually more than that). The detachable backrest with luggage rack and hardware is at least another $300 - 450 new, so I'd say that price is fair.
