Default cross bones

I have a guestion is the crossbones and standard softtail frame the same. because i was thinking of selling my crossbones complete front end and go with a fatboy blacked out frontend.Hope someone can help. Thanks mike

Isn't the rake a lot steeper on the Crossbones? Maybe it's built into the fork and not the frame....not sure. I agree though, why would you do that?

Same part number frame for the Xbones and the Fatboy ... 47008-08

Steering head bearings are the same too ..

So yes should work, but why would you want to do it???

Just kind of like to play looking for something bigger or wider more substance just tossing it around not totaly sold on the idea

BLASPHEMY!

The Fat Boy and the Cross Bones both have a 32* rake. It would work, but ewww!

Have you lost your mind, that's blasphamy!!!! Just sell it and get a different bike don't destroy it by ripping off the front end.

OK I know this is a bit off topic, but does this mean the springer front end off a Bones would go on a FB Lo ? Trying to picture that in my head, might be kind of cool.
