Don't jump! What you have now is 1000X what that bobber is. Buy a salvaged bike for your build if that is what you want.

Man, are you serious right now? If you sell that sweet fatty, I'm coming to your awesome garage every week and drinking all the beers I know you have stocked in that fridge.

Just saying.

Depends on what kind of riding you do. If you just take shorter rides then I like the bobber Idea. I want one too, BUT Im not gettin rid of Deluxe. Like said before, buy a salvaged one and build a bobber from that. I like both, but I like the cruisers

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. only took a couple hours to beat some sense into me...expected that posting here but what I needed

Good suggestion to mod but can't bob my Fat Boy, personnally, not many softail bobbers I like -Tx Outlaw's is an exception, great bike, plastered cat and a couple x-bones look damn fine too - bobber for me would have to be a springer, preferably rigid, jockey shift...

Just in a slump I guess, long-*** NJ winter - better get the 16" wild1 apes I've been wanting for the Fat Boy and go for a couple performance upgrades to make up for even considering this act of desperation; considered Hardknock as quick bobber fix but no, will just lookout for the right parts, exercise some patience, and plan longer term build.

Pyron, mostly my fav IPAs... 90 Minute Dogfish, Hop pocket, devil, Sierras.
You're welcome to it, good response

If you don't ride more that a couple hundred miles a day that fat tire bobber will work.Way more fun than that Fatboy will ever be.If you've always wanted one do it.That's a nice rideable bike set up like that.
