We heard ya the first time... but I don't think they exist. Ness makes 3" extensions, Cycle Visions make 2" and 3" extensions, and Harley offers 3" replacement forwards.
It seems like there would be an awful lot of stress on the adapters to move a full 4", and you would undoubtedly have to convert to a rear kickstand. GL!
You may be able to purchase complete 2" forward controls and then add brackets from one of the other kits to install them. How tall are you 7 ft? I used the 3" ness and have a 34 inseam, made a big difference. The 3" coupled with a possible mustache bar with highway pegs could be an option.
