The black LED headlight is on backorder. I tried to order it a few weeks ago and the b/o date was 5/1. Now it's been pushed to 5/23. I think Harley makes 5 of these to keep the demand up.
They are very popular right now, I got a chrome one a few months ago Well worth the wait. Harley like many others don't make all of their parts they are made by suppliers and thats where the backorders start. Search for LED headlights and there is a thread where two of the bagger guys did a test and they have the name of the supplier of the headlights. They to market them as well
Did anyone have to put the dampner kit on? I just installed my LED light on my 09 train and the light bounces bad, even at idle. The housing is what bounces, not the light assembly. The light house mount is installed tight aswell.
Just curious to know if the dampner kit is a pain to install or how much it costs.
Thanks!

If it wasn't bouncing before you installed this new LED, then you must have missed a bolt when you were finishing up. Check it again. The LED bulb is a perfect replacement for the OEM bulb and shouldn't cause you any problems like bouncing. Find the loose bolt.
i put the led head light and passing light on my ultra and love them .. dealer said the wireing harness or something in the rocker wont work and its not listed in the catalog to fit. If you find out something different let me know id put it on the rocker in a heartbeat.
