I changed the seat on my Softail Standard to a Heritage seat. I am not too keen on the metal studs, but it is way more comfortable than what I had. I also installed a new set of Metzlers. Wow, they are fabulous. I have drag bars on order. I will post more pictures once they arrive.

This is one of those conundrums we suffer. I'm not too keen on the studs either. I guess you have to decide if you want comfort or looks. You can always run the stock seat for around town and the studded seat on longer trips.

But to be honest, it doesn't look bad. Hard to picture that seat with the drag bars though...

I bet it would look real tough if take off passenger pad and sissy bar.
