Default New Apes
Can't figure out what size Ape Hangers to get for my Fatboy lo. I am 5'10" hoping someone can give me some insight on here.

all depends on how high u want to go and the look and feel your going for.havent mounted em yet but im 5'11'' and have 18'' gangsters,they are prolly chin level in me.

For 5'10" I would go with 16's.

Carlini 14"s put my hands level with my shoulders and I am 5',9''.

I'm about 5'11" and I just put 16" apes on my fatboy. With the bars pushed forward they are about 1 1/2" above my shoulders, with them in line with the forks they are right at shoulder high..

Ordered custom bars from BR and @ 5'9 he suggested 14's with 1.5'' risers. Never had apes before and I dont want them too tall to where it's uncomfortable so I'm hoping he's got me sized up right. I should have the bars this week or next so I'll post some pics when I'm all set so you can see what those look like.

Man I have 16 inch with 2inch risers... i am 5 11 ... After 2 years of riding have decied to go up 2 more inches... It varies by what you would like....
