Just picked up my 09' with 74 miles, Rush exhaust, high flow, and reflash last week for $15,500.
If they won't deal with you then keep shopping. Its a buyers market so don't seem too anxious.
I would say 15k or less would be a good deal. I have seen them at the dealer for about that
I agree. I bought mine about 2 months ago for $14500. Mine was stock with 5000 miles. Yours has 7500 miles, however you have Vance and Hines dual radius pipes and an after market air cleaner and probably a feul pak or power commander, so those upgrades are about $1000. You just may want to keep that filed in the back of your head when negotiating your price. Good Luck!

This one is at a brand new dealer. I've been there when the previous dealership owner had it and they didn't negotiate prices very well.
I agree, I was shopping ebay for 3 months and spent my weekends driving 150 miles to see ebay bikes. I found that Craigslist can narrow your search with more options. Additionally most of the Harley's listed on Craigs List are priced to sell and most have several mods done already. My local dealer is 15 to 20% higher so they have wiggle room or they can throw in a 15% merchandise discount. Be patient there are plenty of private sales to get you a good deal.
When it involves that much money I don't buy anything sight unseen. I just can't afford to take the risk.
I wouldn't either. I suggested you look at what they were listed for.
If I was going to buy a bike on ebay, I'd go and actually check it out prior to letting money change hands.
