Casadelray, I wouldn't use a bike cover for an extended period of time here in this climate. I would also recommend the bed sheet instead.

 

Yep, after reading the replies, I think the bed sheet is the winner. And because my wife has a tendency to redecorate the bedroom, I'm certain there are several sheets that won't be missed.

 

My bike is outside most of the time. I have a garage I can put her in but she's my everyday ride. For long periods of time, which almost never happen, I just put her in the garage and wash her before I ride again.

I've tried the bike cover for outside, but I find the sand get caught under it and scratches the bike. I'd rather park in the shade during the day, or in the garage for storage with no cover. But I like the idea of the 800ct bed sheets.
