yellowish gunk
I just removed my screaming eagle heavy air breather so I can scotch brite it . I noticed a little yellowish **** where my breather bolts are. Is that normal. I haven't rejetted the carb yet. And it runs fine

if it's school bus yellow gunk, I would say it's Torque Seal? It's got the consistency of bird **** and will only be on the outside of the bolt head onto the mating surface. It's made to show you if a bolt loosens.
