Default Wheel balancing

I had 2 new Avon Venoms fitted to my Deluxe yesterday, and he's put these horrible lead weights on, does anyone know if I can fit Dynabeads to my tubes now that I've already had the tyres fitted, I did a little scouting on the web and some people are saying you have to use new tubes, has anyone done it without new ones.
Or are there any other options.

It is short money to do the new tubes and rim bands.

He should have used the chrome weights.

I love my new Avon Venoms on my Heritage.

Yes, it's a nuisance but you can get them in. I put them in my 02 Dyna tubes after they were on the bike. They do hang up as they go thru the valve. What I did was to put an engraving pencil (vibrating) tip flat to the side of the valve. This gave enough vibration to get them to go in smoothly and did no damage. (You'll never get them out). Had 1 1/2 oz in 19" front and 2 1/2 oz in rear. Worked fine.

Dyna beads can be installed through the valve stem. Let the air out and be patient as they tend to get stuck a little in the stem. Use a dremel or something to shake the stem to help them fall in. You should replace tubes each time you get a new tire just so you know. It's not a sales tactic from the shop, it is a safety issue. That being siad there have been times I have reused my tubes as well. So there.

Many thanks guys, thats what I wanted to hear...
Its too late for me to change the tubes out now, as I've already paid for the job to be done. I figured it would be OK to put them in afterwards, it was just that on the Dynabeads website it said that it would be a problem, something about compressor oil making the beads stick.
I'm going to order them tomorrow, cant live with these weights as they are.

When I put my fattys on I used Dynabeads. I did use new tubes. They work good. At low speeds like when just taking off at a stop light I can feel the front tire being out of balance until I get up to about 20-30mph and the beads flow in place. I recommend them.

The Ride-On goo will balance *and* seal your tires/tubes. It gets applied through the valve stem.
