I'd be curious to see how the increase in motorcyclist fatalities over that 10 year period tracks with the increased use of cell phones, texting, and general inattention that seems to be getting more and more popular among cagers. I actually passed a guy the other day, on the highway, reading a book on his steering wheel. Maybe an increase in general driving aptitude would help decrease fatalities across the board.
