Default Motor Build Setup What Do You Think

I have been talking about doing a 103 build on the forum for a while. I only have a 2000 dollar budget and couldn't get respectable numbers in my opinion. Well a guy turned me onto a local builder and his price is phenomenal. This almost seems unrealistic but we paint for some local dealors (harley, victory, and local bike builder named reds rods) and im gonna do some some advertising for him but still. This is what i get for 2000 all installed tell me what you think and if i should make any changes as far as specs go and what my horse power numbers should be.

-stock jugs bored to 103ci with wiesco pistons
-stock heads new valves and blue printing chambers to cams specs
-s&s 640 cams
-he said my mechanical compression would be 11 to 1 but after the cams my corrective compression would be about 9.3 to 1
-compression releases
-throttle body not sure size or brand
-adjustable push rods
dyno tune but its actually 200 extra or maybe more its 100 an hr

now with that said i already have a v&h pro pipe, power commander, and se heavy breather- thats a heck of a deal considering the cheapest ive found for the same stuff in 3400 i know people say you get what you pay for but this guy is a huge builder in my area and in the only certified dyno in my area other than local harley shops. he estimated 115 hp. Im definitely going to do it i just wonder if theres any cam ideas or other ideas to make more power. thanks guys

A cheap way to get a little more power would be to do a little port polishing in the heads.
If your careful and patient you can do most if not all of it on your own with a Dremel tool and some polishing bits.
Just go easy and don't do anything more than smooth things out or you'll mess it up instead of improving it.
