Default Rocker Front Wheel Offset?

Hay guys new member here I have a 08 rocker c and I'm going with a 23" front wheel my ? Is do I have to offset the new wheel like the stock 19" is? I know the front and rear wheels are offset to the right side of the rocker but I'd really like to center the new wheel and fender with the forks but in no way do I want to sacrifice my safety or handling! I really just need some info if somebody has done this or any info at all would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
