Question for those who have Labriola Jockey Shift
#13
Just got online. Like I said earlier, I had a hell of a time with it the first couple of times I monkeyed with it, but I've done it so many times now that I could do it in my sleep! LOL
The trick is to find the size of allen wrench required, cut the "L" off the wrench (angle grinder required, hardened steel) so you just have a long wrench. Put that into an appropriately sized socket and now you have a long socket allen wrench that will fit. You should have plenty of leverage now. I would not suggest trying to get heat in there, too tight. Worst could happen you break your allen wrench, in which case you just make another!
PS: You might want to put a dab of glue on the allen wrench to keep it in the socket.

Nah, all my allen wrenches are in a bucket. I have to dig through them every time I need one. No idea what size it is. Just use the longest one you have. I think mine is about 4" long. Makes it way easier. When putting it back together stick the bolt through the jockey shift where you can see what you're doing. Then hold the bolt in place with the long allen wrench while you stick it back behind the primary. That way when you get it lined-up, you can just start screwing it in. Like I say, do it a few times and it gets easy.

thank you all!
Was able to finish the clutch and shift setup
Now the handlebars wiring is another question!
Just gave up on it and sent it to the Indy to get the wiring done...
Too busy this weekend to finish and dont wanna wait any longer to ride.
So the to indy it goes.
Hopefully will have it back this weekend

I get married at a church in a month, so I have the pleasure to spend two days this weekend taking a marriage course at a church...
Otherwise, If I had the time I would have finished...
Tired of working on it and I just wanna ride the damn bike already!
Experience the wonders of the foot clutch!!!
and + I work from 8AM to 6-7PM....
No time to work on the bike during the week
