maybe not. your 06 deluxe has one less mounting point on the struts than 07's and later.
if you look at the sig pic of my 08, you'll see what i am talking about.
You may need a set of heritage struts to make it work.

Look at his pic in his post he already has BSL's..
so now its only if the strut bolts are the same..
WHy not just call a HD dealer and ask someone in the parts department.
or go online and find some one or a catalog that sell bags then cross ref the brackets of the two bikes to see if they're the same #.
