Default Cycle Visions CV-302 Go Forward Kit Install Problems

So I ordered the "Go Forward" 2 inch floorboard extension kit for my 2010 Fat Boy Lo. Shifted side when on no problem except I don't know how I'm going to stretch the short little kick stand spring out and get it reconnected.
The brake side is where I'm having the issues. The kit is advertised as working with stock brake line however it is nowhere near long enough. I've bent it nearly straight to elongate it and it still needs another inch or 2. Anybody made this kit work on their bike
without changing the brake line?

P.S. I tried calling CV customer service however "Brad" isn't in on Mondays. So I guess my bike going to sit up on the Jack until Brad gets in.

It soudns like you need a longer brake line but call and talk to Brad. He is a good guy and will answer your questions when he is in.

After speaking with Brad and having him send me some pics I figured it out. Bottom line is the stock brake line is bent straight, you loosen the banjo bolt that comes out of the master cylinder and rotate the 90 degree bend so that the line runs between the bracket and the master cylinder. Stock routing has it running behind the bracket.

You don't use the washers that come with the kit, at least not on my bike. If you do the bolt isn't long enough to fully engage the nylock nuts provided in the kit. Also Brad didn't use them in the photos he sent.

Cycle Visions, if you're listening, a little more details and maybe a picture or two in the instructions would have gone a long way. The provided instructions pretty much amount to take controls off and reinstall with provided brackets.

Thanks again to Brad for sending me the pics and getting me on my way. And the extra two inches that the kit "Gos Forward" is awesome. Feels perfect now.
