Meatsack..perfect...I was going to try and powdercoat a set but you saved me a lot of work. Thanks for the heads up.

i have powder coated my brackets black with no problems since..paint may chip if you dont prep the surface first ..paint or PC wont stick to chrome unless its scuffed or dipped in something to etch the surface.

Yeah...my originals were prepped...the paint still chipped off. Not worth the trouble for me to have them PC'd...I just bought the black brackets.

Any problems with the signals hiting the tank when turned all the way one way or the other?
