Default Front brake rotor

I just bought an 02 FXST. The front brake rotor has a slight warp to it. Looks very simple to change, but I have a couple of questions. Should I apply threadlocker to the axle clamps and to the bolts that hold the rotor to the rim? Just don't want to lose my front wheel at 70.

They recommend new bolts for the rotor when changing it out.
I use blue loctite on the rotor mounting bolts and on the axle clamp bolts.

Default torque specs

Anyone know what the torque specs would be on the axle clamps and the rotor?

The axle clamps are relatively low. I don't have my manual at work or I'd help ya out. Be careful with them, that metal in the forks is soft and easy to strip if you over-do it.

I ordered a manual, but won't be in for a couple days. Wanted to get this done tomorrow in the morning. Stripped threads would be very bad...
