I'm 6'2 with a 14 shoe and I'm just fine on the Lo. I don't think you'll have an issue. After 500 miles my legs are a bit cramped when stopped, but the highway pegs will take care of that.
I also have a Lo, and I'm 6 feet even. I have scraped the boards a few times, but each time it was unintentional hard riding.... I'm not into slamming into corners, generally. I found that the stock bars pulled me into a "C" too much for my taste, so I installed HD 4" curved risers. They have helped, but I would still prefer the buckhorns of the standard Fat Boy. I don't have any complaints about the boards, but sometimes think that highway pegs would help.
The black denim paint is definitely the shiznit. I get compliments on it all the time, and the swingarm bag just makes it look bad ***.
I'm 6'5" and put the Lo bars and seat on my 2007 FatBoy. Yes, I think I look like a giraffe on a bicycle.....but I don't care. I just like the bars and seat of the Lo better than the stock 07 FB bars and seat.
Another benifit I have noticed with the Denim paint is that I have had to ride in alittle bit of rain the last few days, and the denim isnt getting all dirty frlom the rain. You cant even tell I rode in the rain except when you look at the shinny stuff like the gas cap.

Im 5'10" and the Fat Boy Lo fits me perfect.
You must have cleaner roads than we do here. Mine gets pretty dirty after riding in the rain, but you are right, you don't really see water spots on the denim paint. My wife wouldn't agree, but I actually don't mind the look of my Lo when it's dirty... looks like it's been ridden and not living life as a trailer queen.
Eventually you get used to being less aggressive in the corners. The 1st few months after I bought my '10 Heritage I was regularly scraping the boards through the turns. They fold up when they scrape so no harm done other than scaring the carp out of my riding buddies (darn things are loud when they touch down). I don't think my floor boards have touched down at all this year.
You can probably get more lean out of your FBLow if you swap out the floor boards to forward controls. I perfer the boards personally. But my '06 Street Bob is lowered from stock and still gets more lean than my '10 Heritage mainly due to having pegs vs floorboards.
Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in the measurments between the seat and floorboards of the Fatboy and Fatboy Lo? I really like the look of the black denim Fatboy Lo, but I am 5'11" and am worried I will be too tall for the Lo.
